Pisces
Horoscope
If you haven't read my introduction to
the horoscopes, please read it here.
Note: I also highly recommend reading the message for your Rising
sign, and considering it together with the message for your Sun sign.
As
you might be able to guess, Uranus’s entry into
Pisces in March of this year is most interesting for … well,
Pisces. After hearing the following, you can probably
appreciate that this is an even bigger deal for you than
you might already think, because after Uranus reenters
Pisces on December 30th of this year (it dipped momentarily
back into Aquarius on September 14th), it will remain
there (except for a couple months in 2010) until March
of 2011. Unless you’re a tree or a tortoise, that’s
a long darn time. And by the way, Neptune will then enter
Pisces a month later in April of 2011 and remain there
until about 2026. That, of course is another story entirely,
but you can probably see that you are being singled out
for some very powerful experiences for the next couple
of decades.
What’s
it all mean? I’ve got some educated guesses.
Uranus’s entry to Pisces, for Pisces, is something
like emerging from a chrysalis. All of the emotional
and spiritual processes of growth that you have undergone
since 1996 have changed you profoundly, hopefully
bringing ever more healing, creativity, compassion,
and spirituality into your life. Uranus’s entry
into Pisces, for Pisces, also goes something like, “Light,
Camera, Action.” Just look at your life from
March 10th until September 14th. Betcha’ you
surprised yourself and a lot of others, too? You
may have hit a new stride with a kind of starpower
that brought you successfully into the public eye.
Or you may have rediscovered your potential for eccentric
wackiness and suddenly embarked upon paths less chosen.
One thing is almost sure: your life is very different
now than it was pre-March. And there’s a fair
chance that you now feel either a personal freedom
or a confidence that you haven’t felt in a
while.
”I
gotta be me,” so sayeth Pisces as Uranus comes
to visit. The good news is that you gotta be you,
but the Universe will really support you to do so.
In fact, the Universe seems to really want you to
do so. The only way that that’s a problem is
if the thought of independence and individuality
and non-attachment scare you to death. If any of
those three concepts make you quake in your boots
(you gotta throw in something about shoes when talking
about Pisces, right?), then pay attention to those
fears, because it’s time to overcome them.
Uranus in Pisces is not about being clingy. Uranus
in Pisces is about being the rock-solid rock star,
or the unfettered wild (wo)man, that you are. If
you’ve been dragging heavy chains around with
you, Uranus in Pisces says they got ta go, baby.
Many
Pisces are, as you probably know, attuned to either
a largely artistic life-path, a life path of caring
for others, or a mystically-spiritual life path (and
the rest tend to be money-oriented, usually because
they are very family-oriented). The incredible news
here is that no matter what your path is as a Pisces,
Uranus will, most of the time that it is in Pisces
(i.e. a long, long time), support your path pretty
much fully; it will give you more power to grow in
the directions where you choose to grow. Uranus is
little recognized as a force for evolution, but that’s
exactly what it is. And that’s why you may
be evolving and growing as much as any sign over
the next seven years, and why you will at times be
pushed into the limelight of your chosen path. Uranus
in your sign is a really exciting and wonderful thing,
overall. But here are two things to keep in mind.
First,
one of the things that Uranus fosters is non-attachment.
Uranus wants to see you absolutely free, and utterly
open to the universal winds of change. I think this
is something that would be worth remembering, because
I imagine your life will unfold more gracefully over
the next seven years if you are profoundly open and
willing to let things change radically when they
seem to need to. If you stubbornly plant your feet
on the ground and refuse to move or let go when that’s
what the universe has in mind for you, it could cause
you more trouble than necessary. “Going with
the flow” will be more important than ever,
and probably more challenging at times as well. Think
of this as a way that Spirit is dancing with you
while Uranus is in Pisces: when necessary, embracing
radical change. What ultimately matters is your relationship
with Self/Spirit, and at those potential times of
great change, you may be asked to recognize this
by focusing more internally than externally.
So
what really occurs to me as the thing that would
benefit you to be most mindful of as Uranus visits
Pisces is that no security blanket will suffice.
If you cling to the past, if you are afraid to take
risks, and if you let your attachments to other people
cloud your vision, then you may have to wrestle with
the Uraniverse at times. But if you have the courage
to be your own person, to go your own way, and to
share your best with others, then probably not much
will stand in the way of you achieving your goals
for a long, long time to come.
Uranus
in Pisces will also often offer you the opportunity
to be recognized, to be well-received by others,
and to get the exposure that you need to do your
thing. It’s as if the Universe picked Pisces
out of a hat and said, “let’s make this
sign into a star.” If that sort of thing floats
your boat, then do the work to get yourself out there,
because you are likely to find a very, very receptive
audience. If there’s something beautiful you
yearn to share with the world, then 2004 and the
next couple of decades will give you much more opportunity
and support in these directions than the average
bear will enjoy.
And
if all this talk of making it big doesn’t do
anything for you, then maybe you can appreciate that
you will continue get the opportunity for many years
to come to continue to change your ideas about who
you are. You will get to do things you never thought
you would do. You will get to change, grow, and evolve
into a much more wonderful and liberated self. Old
limitations and fixations will fall away, and you
will wake up seven years from now amazed at how much
things have changed, and how much happier you are.
Open up to the winds of change, and let them do their
work, even if they seem to take you on an occasional
detour; they’ve got your truest happiness in
mind. Say a little prayer, and open up to receive
God’s greatest plan for you, whatever and wherever
that may be.
Horoscopes
are fun, but when I do a
professional consultation for you, I'll study
your life through your charts for up to two hours
before speaking with you over the phone and discussing
all of your important questions and interests.
A real astrological session is worth infinitely
more than any computer printout or Sun sign horoscope,
because it comes from an intuitive, sensitive,
knowledgeable person who really cares about you
personally, and who is using your
entire astrological chart (based on your
exact time, place, and date of birth) to help
you gain the most empowering insight into your
